To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old. By accepting these Conditions of Use, you guarantee that you are (a) at least 18 years old, (b) have never had your account suspended or revoked, and (c) that your registration and use of the Services comply with all relevant laws and regulations. A. Real Estate Union,.
We give you a non-exclusive, limited, revocable, personal, and non-transferable license to use the Services and to download and use any App (as defined in Section 4(B) below) in object code form on your mobile device for your own personal use, so long as you abide by these Conditions of Use. If you are a real estate or mortgage professional working in your professional capacity, you may also use the Services to inform your clients and take actions on their behalf, to the extent permitted by applicable law (“Pro Usage”). You represent and warrant that you have gotten all necessary authorizations and consents from your client if you use the Services for a Pro Usage.
These Terms of Use do not provide you a license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, or grant access to any aspect of the Services on third-party websites or elsewhere, except as expressly provided herein. Software to be used in conjunction with the Services may be included with the Services. The Services are not allowed to be used for transactions involving commercial real estate, including but not limited to properties with a commercial zoning and holiday rentals.
5. Use of Content
You may copy information from the Services without using any automated processes and only as much as is required for your personal use or Pro Usage in order to read, save, print, fax, and/or e-mail the information, subject to the limitations stated in these Terms of Use. Despite the aforementioned, aggregate level data (also known as “Aggregate Data”) given on the The Real Estate Union Local-Info Pages may be utilized for non-personal purposes such as real estate market analysis. The The Real Estate Union Companies must be cited as the source on any page where the Aggregate Data are presented, including in graphs and other derivative works of the Aggregate Data that you display and distribute. Such citation shall not suggest any affiliation between you and the The Real Estate Union Companies other than as the source of the Aggregate Data and shall not include any of the The Real Estate Union Companies’ logos without our prior written agreement. Without first receiving our express consent, you are not permitted to show any data from other The Real Estate Union Companies.

reproduce, publicly display, or otherwise make accessible on or through any other website, application, or service any reviews, ratings, or profile information about real estate, lending, or other professionals, underlying images of or information about real estate listings, or other data or content made available through any other channel.
Post, reproduce, publicly display, or otherwise make accessible any content that we, in our sole judgment and discretion, consider illegal, offensive, or objectionable, including without limitation content that harasses, discriminates, demeans, threatens, or disparages any individual or class of individual; interfere with, or compromise the system integrity or security of the Services; or fail to comply with any of the foregoing obligations.
Use any The Real Estate Union Companies trademarks in your screen name or email address on the Services; access or use any of the Services to create rival goods or services; or attempt, permit, or encourage an automated activity (including screen and database scraping, spiders, robots, crawlers, avoiding “captcha” or similar safeguards, or any other automated activity with the purpose of obtaining information from the Services).

To use some Services features, you might need to pay a price. Every cost is in USD and is not refundable. Whenever we add new fees or charges, modify the fees for all or a portion of any Service, or both, we will notify you in advance. If you reject the changes, we reserve the right to stop offering you the relevant portion of the Services. The payment method you provided at the time of purchase or as previously agreed as a component of the chosen Service will be charged by our approved third-party payment processors. You give us permission to charge that payment method for all payments associated with the Services you choose, as specified in these Terms of Use. If you use a credit card to pay any fees, we could pre-authorize your card account before your purchase to make sure it’s valid and that there are enough money or credit available to support your transaction.

You grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to: I use, copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, modify, prepare derivative works of or incorporate into other works, and translate your User Materials in connection with the Services or in any other media, absent any additional terms provided in your Product’s Terms; and (ii) sublicense t o any third parties for any of the foregoing uses.
We won’t pay you for your user materials or to exercise any of the rights mentioned earlier in relation to your user materials. Your User Materials may be changed or removed at any time by us. All User Materials that you upload to the Services using your user account(s) or that you otherwise make available through the Services are your exclusive responsibility. You affirm and warrant that you are the author and owner of all User Materials, or that you possess all licenses, rights, consents, and permissions (including those called for by applicable privacy and intellectual property law) to permit the The Real Estate Union Companies and other users to access and use your User Materials in order to carry out the licenses you have granted under.
Unless the client has already submitted the information directly to us, we will not use client contact information that agents upload into the The Real Estate Union Agent Hub portal for any purpose.

The Services may include functionality that enables the distribution of your User Materials or your personal information (collectively, your “User Information”) to third parties not under our control (each, a “Third-Party Provider”). These third parties are not under our control, and their products, services, and websites are not under our control. The services provided by Third-Party Providers are strictly their responsibility. Any use of or disclosure of User Information to a third party is at your own risk, and any transactions you have with third parties related to the Services are exclusively between you and them. The accompanying third-party terms of use and privacy policies or other agreements may apply to how you use third-party websites, services, or products. which you alone are accountable for following. Such goods, services, websites, and materials, as well as the use of your user information by a Third-Party Provider, are not supported by us, and we assume no liability for them.
